Fg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. However, this action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Any Provision of These Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Abusive behavior toward other members or fg99 staff

Following account closure, fg99 will consider returning any valid balance remaining. However, if the account was closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
